I took a short vacation from my day job and took care of a few things today, including publishing tasks and getting a bunch of writing done. Scout saw it as me sitting at the kitchen table doing “nothing at all,” so he kept asking for a walk.
As you can see, he got one.
He’s my good boy. He will be 6 in June.
Speaking of publishing tasks, I’m looking at opening my own Shopify store soon, so I can sell books and possibly merch directly to my readers. I’m told that ideally, I should wait until I have twenty books. Right now I have 9 major titles out, I’m writing number 10, and I’m working on a short story collection that will be number 11. I may just jump the gun early. We shall see.
I’m having a great time with writing and getting new fiction out there. I hope to keep my momentum through this week when I do a little travel and have two game nights in a row! Wish me luck.
